Biography Of Founder

My name is Dr.Padam Bahadur Khadka, born in 1973 AD, Bajhang, Nepal , a remote part of Nepal. I passed my School level certification (SLC) with first division placing first rank from Bajhang. I joined in Amrit Science Campus which is located in Kathmandu in Biology group, secured first division. I got scholarship from ministry of education in MBBS and passed my bachelor degree from Manipal College of Medical Sciences (MCOMS) , Pokhara in 1999.I had passed Master of surgery (Residency in Orthopedics) in NITOR Bangladesh in 2005.

I am self-motivated person who relishes new and dynamic challenges in a team or independently for giving health services. My aim is to establish in this country a culture of continuous improvement in healthcare not only by providing excellent healthcare services but also by conducting community health education camps and wellness programs especially in remote parts of Nepal.

After Returning from Bangladesh, I started my job in B.P Koirala Cancer Hospital, Chitwan , in 2006 as a Orthopedic Surgeon for few months and also worked as surgeon in Narayani Samudayk Hospital ,Chitwan .In 2007, I joined in Manipal College, Pokhara as a Assistant Professor and worked till 2010 AD. During This period, I got opportunity for observer-ship in hand and plastic surgery in Liverpool Hospital, NSW, Australia for one and half month in 2009. On the meantime, I also got opportunity on Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty in Fairfield Hospital ,Australia from 16 th Oct to 30 th Oct 2009. I did fellowship in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty in Sancheyti Hospital,Pune from 18 th Dec 2009 to 14 th Feb 2010.I am working as a Managing Director and Consultant Surgeon in Kaski Sewa Hospital ,Pokhara till date. Besides this, I conducted many health camps such as school health awareness, dental, Orthopedic, eye, uterus prolapse in different districts of Nepal like Bajhang, Baglung,Tanahu, Gorkha, Kailali, Doti from National Academy of Sports Medicine. I was a medical coordinator of 9 th National game held in Pokhara .I got opportunity to participate on 19 th Asian game as a medical Doctor which was held in China in 2023.Apart from this, I am also a medical member of National Olympic Committee.I am also a central president of (APHIN) Association of Private hospitals institutional of Nepal since 2023 to till. I am also a current board member of Medical education Council (MEC) Nepal.
